What the warranty covers:
ATT warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period.
If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, ATT will,
at its sole option, repair or replace the product with the same or a similar product.
Replacement Products or parts may include refurbished parts or components.
The replacement unit will be covered by the balance of the time remaining on the customer's original
limited warranty.
How long the warranty is effective:
ATTx V1 products are warranted for one (1) year.
ATT offer an extended warranty of an
additional one (1) year on products registered within 28 days of purchase and on production of receipt.
Registering your ATT product for an extended warranty:
All ATT modular system products come with a warranty card.
In order to qualify for an extended warranty of one (1) year, the warranty card must be completed and returned to ATT along with a copy of the purchase receipt, within 28 days of purchasing the product.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Who the warranty protects:
This warranty is valid only for the first consumer purchaser. Repair or Replacement under warranty is subject to provision of an original sales receipt and warranty card (where applicable).
Product Repairs or Replacement under warranty:
If the product becomes faulty (within the two years of the original purchase date) it can be sent back directly to ATT where, at our discretion, we will repair or replace it under warranty.
If a product (that has not been registered using the warranty card) is returned within the 1 year of purchase, a copy of the original purchase receipt must be provided before and repair work is undertaken by ATT.
If a product that has been registered in the ATT extended warranty scheme, repair work can be undertaken without any further proof of purchase.
Product repairs performed outside of the warranty period are subject to fixed costs as stipulated under our Services page.

What the warranty does not cover:
Any ATT product which has been defaced, modified by anyone other than ATT.
Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:
- Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, unauthorized product modification
- Failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.
- Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by ATT.
- Any damage of the product due to shipment.
- Incorrect installation
- Batteries of any kind
- Water ingress
Causes external to the product, such as electric power fluctuations or failure.
Normal wear and tear.
Failure of owner to perform periodic product maintenance as stated in User Guide.
Any other cause which does not relate to a product defect.
