What the warranty covers:

ATT warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period. If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, ATT will, at its sole option, repair or replace the product with the same or a similar product. Replacement Products or parts may include refurbished parts or components. The replacement unit will be covered by the balance of the time remaining on the customer's original limited warranty.

 How long the warranty is effective:

ATTx V1 products are warranted for one (1) year.

 Who the warranty protects:

This warranty is valid only for the first consumer purchaser. Repair or Replacement under warranty is subject to provision of an original sales receipt.

 What the warranty does not cover:

Any ATT product which has been defaced, modified by anyone other than ATT.

Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:

- Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, unauthorized product modification
- Failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.
- Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by ATT.
- Any damage of the product due to shipment.
- Incorrect installation
- Batteries of any kind
- Water ingress

Causes external to the product, such as electric power fluctuations or failure.

Normal wear and tear.

Failure of owner to perform periodic product maintenance as stated in User Guide.

Any other cause which does not relate to a product defect.
